抹面砂漿的使用應(yīng)根據(jù)建筑物的立面尺寸精度和墻體結(jié)構(gòu)形式?jīng)Q定。例如，磚結(jié)構(gòu)墻體因為塊體之間灰縫多，塊體尺寸偏差大，一般就采用普通抹灰砂漿；鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，如果模板尺寸精度偏差大或混凝土墻板與梁斷面尺寸不一致，那么也必須作普通抹灰；如果鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)基層尺寸精度偏差小，那么就可采用薄層砂漿抹灰。
