所謂粘結(jié)砂漿就是使用水泥、石英砂、聚合物膠結(jié)料配以多種添加劑經(jīng)機(jī)械混合均勻而成的一種砂漿，被主要應(yīng)用于粘結(jié)保溫板的粘結(jié)劑，也可以稱為聚合物保溫板粘結(jié)砂漿。這種粘結(jié)砂漿主要使用質(zhì)量較好的改性特制水泥及多種高分子材料、填料經(jīng)獨(dú)特工藝復(fù)合而成，保水性好，粘貼強(qiáng)度高。

使用的時(shí)候需要注意以下幾個(gè)事項(xiàng)：

When using, it is important to pay attention to the following:

1、粘結(jié)砂漿在配合比例攪拌后，能夠根據(jù)施工現(xiàn)象的具體情況來對砂漿的站稠度進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

1. After mixing the bonding mortar in the mixing ratio, the consistency of the mortar can be adjusted according to the specific situation of the construction phenomenon.

2、施工環(huán)境和基層墻體的溫度不能低于5℃，風(fēng)力5級以下，避免雨天施工。

2. The temperature of the construction environment and the base wall should not be lower than 5 ℃, and the wind force should be below level 5 to avoid construction on rainy days.

3、粘貼保溫板時(shí)均勻揉壓，不能拍擊振動(dòng)。

4、粘貼完畢48小時(shí)內(nèi)，不能進(jìn)行下一道工序的施工，同時(shí)應(yīng)避免觸碰、敲擊、振動(dòng)。

5、如果遇到風(fēng)力在5級以上或者降雨的情況，應(yīng)采取防護(hù)措施。

6、拌制好的砂漿應(yīng)在2小時(shí)內(nèi)用完，已凝固硬化的砂漿不得二次使用。

7、嚴(yán)禁工地現(xiàn)場私自添加砂子，水泥或者是其他的添加劑。
