舊墻膩子使用了大量的PVA膠水，膠水老化分解，產生不飽和酸，不飽和酸與膩子中鈣離子反應，生成相應黃色的鈣鹽。

1、用環保膠水滾涂兩遍，徹底干透后，再行施刮睡寶牌環保水性內墻膩子；

2、用睡寶白色封閉底漆滾涂兩道，徹底干透后，再批刮膩子。
